Featured and Premium listing fees are non-refundable once your listing is published. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for exceptional circumstances.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Services are free of viruses or harmful components

- AI agent responses will be correct or complete
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI CONCENTRATOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
